I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Floor’d Tile and Flooring! I purchased ALL of the tile and flooring for my entire historic home renovation through them.
First of all, their selection is INCREDIBLE. I am probably one of the pickiest, most detail-oriented people when it comes to design, especially with this house. I have a very specific vision, and finding materials that actually fit that vision is not always easy. So the fact that I was able to source absolutely everything I needed through one company says A LOT. From the flooring to every single tile selection, they had everything I was looking for, which is honestly so rare for me. I never once felt like I had to compromise on the design.
But what really sets Floor'd apart is the people, especially Mike.
For MONTHS, Mike has gone above and beyond for me in ways I don't think I could ever fully explain. Renovating a historic home is no small undertaking, and there have been so many moving parts, unexpected challenges, and stressful moments along the way. But Mike has been one of the few people throughout this entire process who I have always felt genuinely had my best interests at heart.
And I don't mean that in the typical customer service sense. He truly CARES. About the project, about the details, about making sure things are done right, and most importantly, about the people he's helping. He has shown up for me time and time again, been incredibly patient, helped me navigate decisions, and put so much effort into making sure my vision came together.
What started as simply purchasing tile and flooring turned into gaining someone I now genuinely consider a friend. And after everything that comes with a renovation of this scale, having someone I wholeheartedly trust means more than he probably realizes.
I feel like it's becoming increasingly rare to find people who take this much pride in what they do and care this deeply about their customers. Mike is absolutely one of those people.

I highly recommend Floord! We worked with Todd, and I cannot praise him enough. He was incredibly kind and professional, showing endless patience with my indecisiveness while I was trying to pick the perfect shade of flooring. Because we have four dogs, Todd took the time to educate us on exactly which flooring would be the most durable and best suited for our pets.
A fantastic perk of working with Floord is that they have an interior decorator on staff. She helped me choose the perfect paint color for my walls, which was a huge help since I wanted to paint before the new floors were laid!
When it came to installation, Eddie and his crew were amazing. They took such great care of our belongings, were incredibly considerate, and delivered top-notch craftsmanship. From start to finish, this was a fantastic experience!
