After Water, Storm or Shower Damage
Flooring help when damage turns into a bigger problem.
Water damage, a bad shower, an insurance claim or a surprise under the carpet can be a lot to handle. Floor'd helps you understand your options, works alongside your insurance company and your mitigation company, and gets new floors in, your way.
How It Works
One call, a clearer path.
Tell us what happened. We'll explain your flooring options, your timeline and what comes next, in plain words.
1. Give us a call. Call 501-297-3871 or book a no-fee In-Home Consultation. Tell us what happened and who's already involved, like your insurance company or a mitigation company.
2. Dry-out comes first. If water was involved, a mitigation company handles water removal and drying. Floor'd doesn't do that part, but we stay in touch with them and plan around their timeline so nothing goes in over a wet floor.
3. We measure and estimate. We measure, check the subfloor and document your existing floors. Your itemized estimate is ready within 24 hours of your first call, set up the way your insurance company needs it.
4. You pick, we install. Once the area is dry and your claim is approved, choose your floors at our Little Rock showroom or from samples at your door. We typically complete installation within a week of product selection and your down payment.
Why Homeowners Call Us
• Estimates within 24 hours of your first call. You won't be left waiting to find out what your floors will take.
• Itemized, adjuster-ready estimates. Materials, removal, prep, installation and trim each get their own line, laid out the way your insurance company needs to see them.
• Help with supplements. A supplement is a request asking your insurance company to cover work that wasn't in the original estimate, like damage that shows up once the old flooring comes out. If your mitigation company doesn't help with supplements, we will. Homeowners are never alone in the process.
• Installation in about a week. After dry-out is done and your claim is approved, we typically complete installation within a week of product selection and your down payment.
• A signed finish. When the job is done, you get a final invoice, and you and Floor'd sign a completion certificate together, so everyone has a clear record that the work is complete.

How We Help
Clear answers when you need them most.
Here's where we can help.

Water Damage & Flooring Replacement
Burst pipes, appliance leaks, storm damage. After the mitigation company dries things out, we help you understand what has to go and what's next. We handle tear-out and disposal of the damaged flooring, subfloor prep and repair, and new baseboards and trim.

Bad Shower or Tile Issues
Failing pans, cracked tile, mold behind grout. We walk through options that actually solve the problem, from new floor and wall tile to curbless, accessible showers with grab bars that are easier to step into and safer to use.

Insurance-Related Flooring Projects
Itemized estimates set up the way your insurance company needs them, matching product details and clear invoices your adjuster can actually work with. If more work turns up along the way, we help with the paperwork.

Replacement Flooring After Mitigation
Once the mitigation team is out, we help you choose flooring that fits the space, your style and your budget, and moves quickly. If only part of your home was damaged, we look for the closest match to the floors you already have.
