How It Works
1. Send us the job. Call or text Michael at 501-507-8051, or email miket@floordarkansas.com, with the property address, the homeowner's contact info and any mitigation notes or photos you have.
2. We measure and assess. We visit the property to measure, check the subfloor and document the existing flooring so we can match it. We coordinate timing with your dry-out sign-off.
3. Itemized estimate within 24 hours of your call. You, the homeowner and the adjuster get a clear, line-by-line scope for the flooring rebuild, set up the way the insurance company needs it.
4. Homeowner selections. If replacement or upgrades are on the table, the homeowner can visit our Little Rock showroom or book a no-fee In-Home Consultation. Our mobile showroom brings samples right to their door.
5. Scheduling and installation. Once dry-out is signed off and the claim is approved, we typically complete installation within a week of product selection and the homeowner's down payment. We keep you in the loop from delivery to final walkthrough.
6. Closeout. We do a final walkthrough with the homeowner, provide a final invoice, and sign a completion certificate together with the homeowner.

A supplement is a request asking the insurance company to cover work that wasn't in the original estimate. If your team doesn't handle supplements, we will. Homeowners are never alone in the process.
