Getting started
How does the no-fee in-home consultation work?
It starts with a short call, usually about 15 minutes, about your style, space, budget and timeline. Then we bring hand-picked samples to your home, measure, and help you compare in your own light. The consultation is no-fee.
What areas do you serve?
Our only storefront is in Little Rock at 11915 Interstate 30, Suite D. Floor'd At Home serves 22 Central Arkansas towns, including Little Rock, North Little Rock, Conway, Benton, Bryant, Cabot, Hot Springs and Searcy. Pricing is the same wherever we serve.
Can I visit the showroom?
Yes. Our showroom at 11915 Interstate 30, Suite D in Little Rock is open Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. It's set up like a living room, so bring your partner, your paint chips, even your dog. Call 501-297-3871.
Choosing a floor
What's the difference between LVP and laminate?
Both give you a wood look. Luxury vinyl plank (LVP) is vinyl-based, and many lines are waterproof, so it's popular for kitchens, baths and homes with pets. Laminate has a wood-fiber core with a tough, scratch-resistant surface and often costs less. We'll bring both so you can compare.
What floor works for pets?
Many pet owners choose waterproof LVP or laminate for scratch and spill resistance, or tile for the toughest areas. Stain-resistant carpet works well in bedrooms. We'll match the floor to your pets and how you live.
Which floors are waterproof?
Many luxury vinyl plank lines are waterproof, and porcelain and ceramic tile handle water well. Hardwood and most laminate need more care around water. Ask about each product during your consultation.
Hardwood or LVP?
Hardwood brings natural warmth and character; LVP is more forgiving with water, pets and kids. Your rooms, your lifestyle and your budget decide it. We'll bring both so you can see and feel the difference.
What brands do you carry?
Shaw, Mohawk, Engineered Floors, LW Floors, BPi, Adleta, Godfrey Hirst, Anderson Tuftex and COREtec, across hardwood, LVP, laminate, tile and carpet.
Cost, install & warranty
How much does new flooring cost?
It depends on the product, the size of the space and the prep your subfloor needs. We work with every budget and give you a clear quote once you've picked your floor, with no pressure and no upsell.
Do you install the flooring too?
Yes. We handle the process from consultation and measuring through installation and a final walkthrough. See our installation process page for details.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Floor'd offers a one-year warranty on the products we install, and the manufacturer's warranty applies on top of that. If a manufacturer issue comes up after our first year, we're happy to work with the manufacturer for you through their warranty process. You don't stop being our client and neighbor at the final payment. We're here for you from now on.
