Every style, every budget, zero judgment, and the same careful process for every job. Here's what to expect from your first call to the final walkthrough.

How a Floor'd project works

1. A quick consultation call

We start with a short, no-fee call, usually about 15 minutes. We'll talk about which rooms you're thinking about, what's down there now, how you live (kids, pets, spills, high traffic), a comfortable budget range and a rough timeline.

2. We bring the showroom to you

With Floor'd At Home, we bring hand-picked samples to your home so you can see them in your own light, next to your cabinets, walls and furniture. Plan on roughly an hour, depending on your project. Prefer to browse in person? Our only storefront is at 11915 Interstate 30, Suite D, Little Rock.

3. We measure

We measure while we're there, so your quote is based on your actual rooms, not a guess. We'll also point out anything that could affect the install, like what's under the old flooring.

4. A clear quote, at your pace

Once you've picked your floor, you get a clear quote. Take as long as you need. There's no pressure and no upsell.

5. Installation

We schedule installation when it works for you and talk through what to expect beforehand: how to prepare the rooms, how long the work should take, and who'll be in your home. We treat your home the way we'd want ours treated.

6. Final walkthrough

When the work is done, we walk through the finished floors with you. If something isn't right, tell us. We want you happy with the result, and we stand behind our work after the truck pulls away.

Warranty

Our one-year warranty

Floor'd offers a one-year warranty on the products we install. If you have a question or an issue with a floor we installed, call us at 501-297-3871.

Manufacturer warranties, on top of ours

Every product we carry also comes with its manufacturer's own warranty, from brands like Shaw, Mohawk, COREtec, Anderson Tuftex, LW Floors, Engineered Floors, Godfrey Hirst, Adleta and BPi. That coverage applies on top of our one-year warranty, and its terms vary by product and line.

When you choose a floor, we'll tell you which manufacturer warranty applies, help you understand what it covers, and give you the care instructions that keep it valid.

Here after the final payment

If a manufacturer issue ever comes up after our one-year warranty, we're happy to help. Call us at 501-297-3871 and we'll work with the manufacturer for you through their warranty process. You don't stop being our client and neighbor at the final payment. We're here for you from now on.
